Immerse yourself in a four-day, hands-on Design Thinking workshop where members of the Moreau faculty and staff will teach you and a team of 3-12 people how to bring student-centered change to your school.
In this action-oriented workshop, you and your team will learn the DesignThink process while tackling a real challenge from your own site. With the guidance of our school leaders, you will put all of your new tools to immediate use as you hit the ground running — interviewing and observing students to find out what motivates them. Then, you'll head back to your own site with a new plan to implement and a research-backed process for tackling new challenges as they arise.
- Acquire Design Thinking tools and receive coaching so you can translate what you have learned in the workshop to your own school to drive innovation and program development.
- Understand how to define and reframe problems based on the emotional needs of users.
- Develop a "just try it" mentality through rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Empower your team to make real change in your school by embracing a student-centered approach.
Who Should Attend?
