How to Apply

Moreau Catholic encourages students to apply for admission into Grades 9, 10, and 11. Admission to the school is competitive, and it is important to apply and submit all required documents by our posted deadlines.

Our application for the Class of 2021 is closed. Applications for 10th and 11th grade are still open.

Step 1: Complete an Online Application

Applications for the Class of 2021 are closed.

Our Priority Deadline for the Class of 2021 is December 7, 2016 and our Final Deadline is December 30, 2016.

By applying before the priority deadline, applicants receive a discounted application fee of $80. After December 7, the application fee is $110.

Step 2: Submit Transcripts

Report cards or Transcripts are valuable tools that help our admission committee learn a little more about your student's academic history and accomplishments.

Current 8th graders must submit transcripts or grade reports for 7th and 8th grade. Download the request form here.

Current 9th or 10th graders must submit transcripts of all high school work along with a copy of their current class schedule.

Step 3: Take the High School Placement Test (HSPT)

Moreau Catholic will offer the High School Placement Test on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 7:45 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Families must register their student for the exam online at

Current 8th & 9th graders: Required

Current 10th grader: Not required

Step 4: Submit Letters of Recommendation

Three letters of recommendation are required as part of the admission process.

These letters must be completed by the students current English Teacher, current Math Teacher, and current Principal or Counselor.

The recommendations can be completed online by entering the recommenders' email addresses into the space provided on the online application portal.

Step 5: Attend a Student-Parent Interview

9th Grade applicants who currently attend a public school, charter, or montessori school, or who are currently homeschooled, are required to attend an interview.

**UPDATE** Student-Parent Interviews will now take place between February 6th-17th. Our office will contact you with your assigned interview date and time.
All Transfer applicants must attend an interview as well in March/April. Our office will contact you with your assigned interview date and time.

Step 6: Apply for Financial Aid (if applicable)

Current 8th, 9th, and 10th grade families may apply for Financial Aid.

To apply, visit the "Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid" section on our website.

Our Financial Aid application is open now and is due with all supporting documents on February 1, 2017.
