Attendance and Behavior Expectations

Regular daily attendance at summer school is absolutely essential for success. Students are allowed a maximum of three (3) absences including accumulated tardies, for credit or admission-required classes. Rules and expectations will be explained in a handbook given on the first day of class. An appearance code is in effect during summer school.
Class Cancellation & Class Time Changes

Classes will be confirmed on Wednesday June 5, 2013. Courses with less than twelve students will be cancelled and full refunds made (including the $100 application and processing fee).

At times, because of last minute personell changes or in order to save a small class from cancellation, a class will be moved from one period to the next. Although inconvenient, this is typically the only option short of actually canceling the class. This is a very rare occurrence, but please be aware that class times and locations can be subject to change. We appreciate your patience in the matter.
Textbooks and Supplies

Textbooks will be provided for most courses (with the primary exception of online courses). Students enrolled in remedial math courses are required to keep their books from the school year. Students are expected to supply their own paper, pens, pencils, etc. throughout the duration of class time. Bring paper, pens, pencils, etc. on the first day.
Progress and Report Cards

Progress reports will be mailed on June 26, 2013 and July 8, 2013. Report cards and transcripts will be mailed home on July 19, 2013. Progress reports will only be sent in the case that a student is receiving a grade below a "C".
