Welcome, Seniors and Parents!

Graduation is a very special time for seniors and their families.
In addition to the packet of information you will receive on April 29, we hope these Senior Pages will help you prepare for graduation all the events leading up to it. Within these pages, you will find important information regarding upcoming meetings, events, due dates and ticket ordering.

Please especially note the Mandatory Senior Parent Meeting mentioned below.

Mandatory Senior Parent Meeting

The Senior Parent Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 29th at 7:00pm in the Ivaldi Student Center. It is mandatory that at least one parent of each graduating senior attend this meeting.

The evening will include:

  • A review of graduation requirements & deadlines
  • The introduction and explanation of upcoming senior events
  • Expectations around the conduct of students at these events
  • Distribution of graduation tickets

Please plan on attending.

Final Transcripts, Scholarships & Awards

In preparation for graduation and the graduation program, we invite seniors who have received academic, athletic or other merit-based awards and scholarships from the colleges or universities to which they have applied, to submit them for inclusion in the graduation program.

In order to meet the publishing deadlines, scholarship and award submissions must be received no later than Wednesday, April 30, 2014.

Please follow the two-step process to submit award and scholarship information:

  1. Photocopies of the academic, athletic or merit-based award letters must be submitted to Mrs. Capurro by April 30.
  2. Students MUST complete the Post-Graduate Survey on Family Connection by May 2, indicating any academic, athletic or merit based awards/scholarships they have been offered. Please indicate which ones were accepted. The survey is located under the "About Me" tab in Family Connection.

Space limitations in the program may prevent us from listing every award submitted, so please prioritize your submissions. Awards based on merit from businesses may also be included.

Please note: Only Moreau Catholic High School sponsored awards and scholarships will be announced during the commencement exercises.

It is MANDATORY that all seniors complete their post-graduate survey on Family Connection in order to complete their graduation requirements and have their final transcripts submitted to colleges and universities. ALL questions MUST be answered
on the survey.

Requests for additional transcripts must be done via
Family Connection or through the transcript request page on the Moreau Catholic website.

Questions regarding transcripts or college plans should be directed to the student’s counselor. Please contact if you have any questions.

Leased Laptop Return

Seniors who have a leased laptop MUST return their laptop and charger to the Library immediately following graduation practice (11:00am) on May 22, 2014. Both laptops and chargers must be in good working order and free from damage. Upon the return of the laptop and charger, students will receive their cap and gown. Failure to return the laptop and charger will result in the holding of the cap and gown until both are received. If the laptop or charger is returned damaged, or the charger is missing, the cap & gown will be held until the deductible (up to $220) is paid.

If you have any questions about the condition of the leased laptop or its charger, please contact the Tech Support office in advance of the collection date to avoid delays in receiving the graduate's cap & gown.

Questions regarding the leased laptop return policy may be sent to Shawna Martin at
