Final Transcripts, Scholarships & Awards
In preparation for graduation and the graduation program, we invite seniors who have received academic, athletic or other merit-based awards and scholarships from the colleges or universities to which they have applied, to submit them for inclusion in the graduation program.
In order to meet the publishing deadlines, scholarship and award submissions must be received no later than Friday, May 3.
Please follow the two-step process to submit award and scholarship information:
- Students MUST complete the Post-Graduate Survey on Family Connection by May 3, indicating any academic, athletic or merit based awards/scholarships they have been offered. Please indicate which ones were accepted. The survey is located under the "About Me" tab in Family Connection.
- Photocopies of the academic, athletic or merit-based award letters must be submitted to Mrs. Capurro by May 3.
Space limitations in the program may prevent us from listing every award submitted, so please prioritize your submissions. Awards based on merit from businesses may also be included.
Please note: Only Moreau Catholic High School sponsored awards and scholarships will be announced during the commencement exercises.
It is MANDATORY that all seniors complete their post-graduate survey on Family Connection in order to complete their graduation requirements and have their final transcripts submitted to colleges and universities. ALL questions MUST be answered.
Requests for additional transcripts must be done via the
transcript request page on Family Connection or through the Moreau Catholic website.
Questions regarding transcripts or college plans should be directed to the student’s counselor. Please contact
counseling@moreaucatholic.org if you have any questions.
Book Buy-Back & Leased Laptop Return
Our Book Buy-Back will take place in front of the Ivaldi Student Center on
Thursday, May 23, 2013, from 7:30am – 12:00pm.
Seniors may take care of their book buy-back in the morning or between graduation practice and the Senior BBQ.
Please direct questions regarding Book Buy-Back to the Business Office.
Seniors who have a leased laptop
MUST return their laptop and charger to the Library immediately following graduation practice (11:00am). Laptops must be in good working order and free from damage. Upon the return of the laptop and charger, students will receive their cap and gown. Failure to return the laptop and/or charger will result in the holding of the cap & gown until it is received. If the laptop is returned damaged, or the charger is missing, the cap & gown will be held until the $220 deductible is paid.
Questions regarding the leased laptop return policy may be sent to Shawna Martin at
smartin@moreaucatholic.org.
