Congratulations to Rally Squad

Congratulations to both Varsity Cheer and Song on their performances at Nationals.  Both squads traveled down to Anaheim on Thursday, March29, attended opening ceremonies, and then competed on Friday.  Cheer had a flawless performance but unfortunately did not move on to the finals. The squad can hold their heads up high as they represented MCHS with great talent, enthusiasm and joy.   Song performed as well on Friday, and earned a spot into the finals.  On Sunday they competed and had the best performance of the day, but came up 2 points short of first place. As returning champions they were disappointed, but anyone who was there to see them perform, were in awe of how great a squad they are.  Both teams have practiced numerous hours, after school and before school, and their hard work paid off as they performed amazingly.  The Moreau Community is proud of both squads who are the heart and soul of Mariner Spirit!
