The application for the 2026-2027 school year opens on Monday, September 1, 2025.

If interested in applying another school year, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@moreaucatholic.org.

After you have submitted your application, the following materials are required for the admission process for the 2026-2027 school year:

• 3 Letters of Recommendation
  • Once your application is submitted, you can add the recommenders’ contact information to your application portal and the system will automatically send a request for a letter of recommendation. Due by Tuesday, February 3, 2026 
  • 1 from your current Principal/Counselor, 1 from your current English teacher, and 1 from your current Math teacher. 
• Current school transcript 
  • Contact your current school and upload 7th and 8th grade unofficial transcripts - due by Tuesday, February 3, 2026
  • Moreau Catholic will not accept screenshots of a transcript.  
• High School Placement Test (HSPT) – Moreau Catholic will be administering the HSPT in person, on campus on Saturday, January 10th, 2026. Please note, in order to take the HSPT at Moreau Catholic, we must have an application on file for the student. Register for the HSPT here (Registration for 2026 HSPT, not yet available). Families will receive their students results on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 via the email they registered with. Students only need to take the HSPT once; during registration for the HSPT, please indicate which school's you want your student's scores shared with. 
• Admission Interview (Interview Day is Thursday, January 15, 2026)

 

The Transfer Student Application for the 2026-2027 school year opens on Monday, September 1, 2025.

If interested in applying as a mid-year transfer during the 2025-2026 school year, contact the Admissions Office at admissions@moreaucatholic.org.

Please note: When creating an account, you must use a Parent(s)/Guardian(s) email address. Moreau Catholic does not accept 12th grade transfers.

Please keep the following in mind if applying for 2026-2027 school year: 

• Completed Applications are due Wednesday, March 18, 2026 (including all checklist/supplemental materials outlined below)
• Transfer Admissions Decisions Released Friday, April 3, 2026.

After you have submitted your application, the following supplemental materials are required for the admission process:

• 3 Letters of Recommendation
  • 1 from your current Principal/Counselor, 1 from your current English teacher, and 1 from your current Math teacher.
  • Once your application is submitted, you can add the recommenders’ contact information in your application portal.
• Current High School transcript, including most recent grades
• 3 Short Response Essays
• Admission Interview 

Please note that the checklist items can be found on your parent portal. Please submit the above supplemental materials directly on the portal.

The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is NOT required for Transfer students.

*Please ensure that you submit the scores for any Advanced Placement (AP) College Board test in which you achieved a score of 3 or higher, as these can inform class placement.*

The Clarity Tuition Assistance Application opens on November 3, 2025 and the deadline to apply for tuition assistance through Clarity is February 2, 2026. Please ensure all supporting documentation is submitted ahead of that final deadline as incomplete applications cannot be reviewed.

  • Grade 9 Applicants – Transcripts must include grade 7 – current, along with a current schedule
  • Grade 10 Applicants – Transcripts must include grade 8 – current, along with a current schedule
  • Grade 11 Applicants – Transcripts must include grade 9 – current, along with a current schedule
  • *Please ensure that you submit the scores for any Advanced Placement (AP) College Board test in which you achieved a score of 3 or higher, as these can inform class placement.*
  • *Math and Science Syllabi from current school - request from your math and science teacher their course syllabus and upload onto your portal.*
