Netra K. '26 of the Varsity Girls' Golf team competed in the NCS Division II Championships, earning her a qualification to compete in the NCS Division I Championships. In the Division I championships, Netra earned herself a qualifying spot for CIF NorCal Championships. Congratulations to Netra and our Girls' Golf program.
Jacob H. '23 of the Varsity Cross Country team won the individual Mission Valley Athletic League Championship and set a new course record in 14:43 (4:54mile pace), beating last year's course record by a whopping 13 seconds. Both the Varsity Boys' and Girls' teams will be competing at the NCS Meet of Champions on November 19th at Hayward High School. The girls race at 8:30 am and the boys at 9:30 am.
Varsity Girls' Water Polo competed in the NCS Division II championships this fall. The team advanced to the quarter-finals. This is the farthest the program has advanced in the team's history. Congrats to our girls' water polo program!
Varsity Girls' Volleyball competed in the NCS Division III Championship tournament. The team had a comeback season as they qualified for NCS as the #11 seed. The Varsity team was senior-heavy as the team had 5 returning seniors. With a strong underclassman and 3 juniors expected to return next year, the team has a bright future for the next season.
Varsity Football has had a Cinderella season, from a 0-10 season in 2021, to the 7-3 regular season this year, the team earned the #2 seed in the NCS Division VI championships. The team competes in the first round on Friday, November 11th, at home. The game is at 7:00 pm, and doors open at 5:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased on the GoFan App:
