The recognition of students who demonstrate academic, personal, and social responsibility. Students from each grade level will be selected every month. The selected students will get a certificate, their picture taken with the principal, plus a “go to the front of the lunch line” pass, which is good for one month.

Softball hosted a community-focused theme all-around. It was “Little League” Night, where multiple leagues and softball teams were invited to watch the Mariners play under the lights. The festivities officially began when Hayward City Council Member Angela Andrews threw the ceremonial first pitch.
