As we continue to uphold the pillars of our school—Building Respect, Educating Hearts and Minds, Being Family, and Bringing Hope, your support remains paramount. We recognize that each family's capacity to contribute varies, which is why this year the school introduced flexible options for fulfilling your Parent Pledge. ALL guardians are expected to make and fulfill a parent pledge every school year.
To fulfill your Parent Pledge and help “Fund the Gap” between tuition and the true cost of educating students at our school, we invite you to help by investing your time, talent, and treasure. There are many ways you can give your time, talent, and/or treasure to truly enhance every area of Moreau Catholic High School. If you are not already in contact with the school to donate time or talent, please contact Dr. Elizabeth Berkes, Director of Advancement, at eberkes@moreaucatholic.org as soon as possible.
Each family must fulfill the Parent Pledge with 3 "points" of action by the end of the school year (May 2025). Each action is given a rank and an amount of "points" based on the time given and/or demand needed.
- GOLD actions
3 points (Your family member(s) will only have to complete 1 GOLD action to fulfill your Parent Pledge for the school year). - SILVER actions
2 points (Your family member(s) will have to complete 1 SILVER and 1 BRONZE action to fulfill your Parent Pledge for the school year). - BRONZE actions
1 point (Your family member(s) will have to complete 3 BRONZE or 1 BRONZE and 1 SILVER action to fulfill your Parent Pledge for the school year).
Financial gifts also complete your Parent Pledge. Gifts over $500 are worth 3 points. If the Parent Pledge is not met by donating the minimum amount of $500 or by completing Time, Talent, Treasure actions totaling 3 points, a $500 fee will be applied to your account on May 22, 2025, unless waived for extenuating circumstances by the Moreau Catholic CFO and President.
* Any donations of time or talent that involve working with students will require you to be "Mariner Cleared" to protect our community.
