Henny Chen Amanda Jimenez 12 Bringing Hope Amanda dedicated part of her summer to attending yearbook camp, representing Moreau with pride and professionalism. At camp, she absorbed valuable skills and ideas, then returned eager to share her learning with the entire editor team. By doing so, she helped reduce the learning curve for everyone, ensuring the team could start the year strong.
Henny Chen Stephanie Ramos 10 Bringing Hope Guanfen (Stephanie) dedicated part of her summer to attending yearbook camp, representing Moreau with pride and professionalism. She has developed a clear and thoughtful plan for this year’s yearbook. Her leadership, initiative, and commitment to excellence have already set a positive tone for the staff and positioned the book for success.
Tony Rodriguez Michael Nicolson 10 Educating Hearts and Minds Michael has been a strong motivator and an asset with spiritual reflections. I'm impressed to see his level of engagement and his remarkable knack supporting his peers.

Araceli Catalan Jaliyah Fitch 12 Educating Hearts and Minds Jaliyah has been a wonderful part of our algebra 2 class. She is thoroughly engaged she participates by volunteering answers, listening attentively and will ask questions if something is unclear. Jaliyah is motivated to do well in the course and is consistent with her efforts in and out of the classroom. Jaliyah is organized and has not missed any assignments or deadlines, she is effective in her communication and had shown excellence to date. Keep up the great work Jaliyah! Thank you for all your efforts thus far and I am happy to have nominated you for student of the month as someone who exemplifies Educating Hearts and Minds. Toni West Richard Salas 12 Mariner Mindset: Teamwork Richard has constantly been an awesome student leader on our campus, make responsible decisions and being the ultimate teammate on and off the field. 
Michael Pacheco Alina Garcia-Souvanthong 12 Bringing Hope Alina is the Captain President of our Student Ambassador Program and has been such an amazing leader with her positive outlook and strategic planning. We are proud of all her for her leadership while we planned our Student Ambassador Training. 
Matthew Tominaga Tyler Senner 12 Mariner Mindset: Accountable For being able to take photos at the last minute, Tyler exemplifies being Accountable and delivering his work in a reasonable time.
Patrick Alparone Anthony Torres 9 Bringing Hope Was the first Theatre Arts Perspective student to volunteer for Theatre Games. Already showing leadership by putting himself out there
Tony Rodriguez Michael Lee 12 Building Respect Michael has risen to every challenge presented in class. He has been on task and inquisitive. I'm grateful for his consistent drive for respecting those he works with. He's absolutely golden! Very proud!
Jacob Schott Mikayla Weiss 9 Educating Hearts and Minds Mikayla has shown up to French class with a lot of energy and asked some fantastic questions. Her enthusiasm is inspiring those around her to also chases their French curiosity.
Jacob Schott Jessie Chikondo 9 Educating Hearts and Minds Jessie has been a diligent and curious studet in both biology and French. She has volunteered and shown great leadership in both classes.
Jacob Schott Yuba Ferhati 11 Being Family Yuba has come to French 3 honors with a great attitude and has better a tremendous participator in our early activities. With his good accent and growing vocabulary, he has the potential to be a class leader in French.
Michael Tsan Lance Mitchell 12 Being Family Lance has been amazing to start this semester. Lance has worked diligently every day and has asked great questions for understanding. Lance has been a huge help to his peers already, being a role model and helping them out as well. Lance has already committed to SJSU and is already showing a great work ethic because of it!!
Caitlin Brand Michael Guidero 12 Being Family Michael has been incredibly helpful as my IWE and demonstrated being family when he helped Ms. West move posters in front of the library. His "sparkling" attitude in helping and executing the task effectively is student of the month worth. (Thank you for getting covered in glitter)
Fr Bruce Marco Dungca 10 Educating Hearts and Minds Marco was first out the gate with getting his Project 1 finished way before it was even due, and he did an excellent job on it. I could use it to model for all the other students. He truly embraces this year's pillar of educating hearts and minds. He educated our minds with his outstanding project, and our hearts by setting an example early on of living as an outstanding Mariner
Fr Bruce Anwesha Vermaji 10 Being Family Anwesha has been a wonderful, knid, caring student in this early days of a new school year, always eager to learn and participate fully. She has brought a smile to my face every day so far this semester.
Fr Bruce Valentina Virzi 10 Bringing Hope I've known Valentina for two years now, since her freshman year, where she has always been kind and caring of everyone. She is very prayerful, and makes an effort to attend Mass at school every Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. She has been outstanding on Mock Trial. And her kindness and smile continue as one of my wonderful sophomore students this semester. She truly brings me great hope!
Fr Bruce Tran Huy Nguyen 10 Educating Hearts and Minds Tran is a transfer to Moreau, new to our school, but from Day 1, has shown the true Mariner mindset of an eagerness to learn and kindness toward me and to his fellow students. He has embraced this year's theme of educating hearts and minds. He works very hard, always comes to class eary and is always smiling and eager to grow and learn. It is a joy to have him in my class this semester.
Fr Bruce Saul Diaz 10 Being Family Saul has been wonderful in my class this semester, with a great eagerness to learn and participate fully, with a smile on his face and great generosity and kindness. Before the semester began, I met him on Day 1 in the hall, and we joked that his name - Saul - was the great missionary in the early church, and my Confirmation name. This Saul has been a great missionary of joy to our whole class this semester.
Becky Conlon Laurel McLelland 10 Building Respect Laurel is meticulous in her note taking, utilizing techniques to increase her understanding, encoding, and retention. Her effort and self discipline with flip notes are an exemplary role model for her peers.
Becky Conlon Brooke Wells 10 Educating Hearts and Minds Brooke unfortunately got sick and missed a few days of class. Upon her recovery and return, she has done an impeccable job communicating about the content missed. She has been advocating for herself and prioritizing actual understanding of content instead of simply going through the motions to turn in an assignment. She is a role model for her peers.
