Faculty/Staff Member Student's Name Grade  Pillar/Mindset Demonstrated Details
Enrique H Maya Shih 12 Being Family Maya is such a great teammate and captain to her peers. She's extremely protective and passionate and everything she does is with quality. She's extremely organized, manages time wisely to the poiint where she could teach time management and what most improssed us was her loving and caring attitude towards all of our athletes from novice to veterans. Our team is so much better because she came through our team, going beyond the call of duty. Once in a decade type of student athlete. Thank you many times over!
Enrique H Jacy Bunyi 12 Bringing Hope Jacy has been a great model to his peers in what I call Dedication to self. I often reference the "Where there's a will there's a way" And Jacy, definitely finds ways to get things done. From running down mission to his house and back because he forgot his shoes or running shirt, or if he needs help for Physics at very early hours of the day, he makes no excuses. He brings hope to all at the highest level! This was someting that was very much evident to his peers. Quiet but extremely driven. Thank you for being such a great captain and role model.
Enrique H Evan Ramos 12 Bringing Hope Evan was so dedicated this past year with whatever thing he did. He was one of our Captains and did an amazing job helping his peers and modeling great stewardship. After the season, he was there for those moving on to NCS and state. He was one of our alternates and really showed that you don't have to be one of the best at the start of the season, but what you do in between. He really trusted the process without a beat. Thank you for being an easy going and easy student athlete to work with. It was great seeing you excell and improve from one race to the next.
Enrique H Marcus Ramos 12 Bringing Hope Marcus was so dedicated this past season. Although very quiet, he did a lot to show his dedication to self and the team. He was able to model and really "walk the Talk". Never complained and always there to better himself. He gradually became one of our alternates and you could tell from one race to the next how much effort he put into becoming the best version of himself. Thank you for Trusting the process! It was fun seeing you and Evan improve and push each other from one race to the next.
A Patterson Ivanka Menezes 11 Being Family Ivanka has been an outstanding leader in the Student Senate. She not only takes initiative on any task needed, but she does so with a positive attitude and a genuine smile, making everyone around her feel welcome and at ease. Her ability to collaborate with all kinds of people is truly commendable. She brings that same kindness and dedication to Advisory. I’m incredibly proud of her work and her consistent willingness to help in any way she can.
Enrique H Santiago Henriquez 12 Educating Hearts and Minds Santiago what most impressed me was how great of a example of how hard work and dedication pay off. Holding himself to high standards as many of our athletes on the team. He was dedicated to his craft of running and excelling in the classroom with poise and grace. It was evident as he managed his stress well throughout the season and his high caliber training schedule as he often had to do twice a day workouts. Managing your time and organizing yourself in a way that brought minimal stress is something many adults are still working on. To see it from a younth, is great! Often times students struggle to keep high quality efforts for their academics and extra curriculums, but Santiago was able to balance well especially for his age. Keep up the great work and always keep trying to be a postive and strong role model for your peers. What you do when no one is watching is equally as important as what you do in front.
