Investment earnings from an endowment provide transformational AND sustainable funding for Moreau Catholic High School. Named endowed scholarship opportunities begin with a gift or pledge of $10,000 or more. An endowed scholarship is considered fully funded (providing the minimum MCHS scholarship/financial aid award) when it reaches $50,000.
Endowed scholarships have a perpetual impact meaning that the restricted capital provides a permanent source of scholarship income to support Mariner students in the future. The principal is invested in a disciplined manner and the earnings and investment appreciation are channeled back into the fund. This allows the endowment to grow over time and become a source of long-term support that can be maintained permanently to honor donors and amplify their passion for scholastic excellence, connecting and strengthening our future together.
