Center for Music and Band Rendering

Center for Music and Band

For the first time in 37 years, Moreau Catholic High School is constructing a new building. Staying true to our tradition of artistic excellence, we are committed to developing a contemporary and professional Center for Music and Band that will elevate our students’ educational experience. By transforming this currently unused area of our campus, we will be able to construct upgraded batting cages and create an outdoor gathering space. This new space will serve as a classroom, a venue for performances, class Masses, and various events that will benefit Mariners and our community for years to come.

We must always place education side-by-side with instruction.
The mind will not be cultivated at the expense of the heart.

– Blessed Basil Moreau

This is a new moment for Moreau Catholic! We are thrilled to create a new center to showcase our students’ outstanding achievement in the arts and build upon our commitment to the transformation of our students. ~ Dr. Elizabeth Guneratne, President

2024-2025 MCHS Leadership Team

Since becoming a member of the Mariner family 20 years ago when our oldest daughter started at MCHS, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering on several committees and the Board of Trustees. I’m thrilled about the new Music and Band Center project as the future students of Moreau will have access to state-of-the-art facilities to align with the award-winning music programs Moreau Catholic is known for. Please join me and the entire Board of Trustees in this new chapter by supporting this exciting Music and Band Center! ~Rick L’Heureux, Chair Emeritus, Board of Trustees
