Class Schedule Change
Students and Parents:
Please note the school policy on schedule changes as outlined in the Course Description Guide:
Only requests to change semester based courses may be submitted using this form. Students enrolled in year-long courses (i.e. science, math, English, world language) may NOT use this form. Students may not drop year-long courses.
All requests are subject to course eligibility and availability:
The deadline to submit a schedule change request is January 11, 2018. Appointments will be scheduled beginning the first day of school, and students will be seen in the order of the request received. Course requests made solely for teacher or lunch changes will not be considered. The schedule change fee is $20.00. If a schedule change cannot be made, due to course availability, conflict with another required course, or capacity, a refund will be made.
IMPORTANT: Please note that students may not request course changes, for any course, after January 11, 2018. Special consideration may be given to situations with extenuating circumstances, but only with permission from the counselor and the Vice-Principal.
